Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and P.J Technology LLC (“we”, “us”), 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, for the account console at account.pascalyin.com and the MCP servers at mcp.pascalyin.com (together, “the service”). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. Our Privacy Policy and our Credits, Refunds & Right of Withdrawal policy are part of these terms.
1. The service
The service gives AI assistants and your own software access to tools (“MCP servers”), for example warehouse and logistics calculators. You connect a client (such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or VS Code) with a URL and sign-in, or with an API key.
- Tool results are calculations, not advice. They depend on the inputs you give and on published methods; check them before you rely on them for business decisions.
- We may add, change or retire tools. Prices are shown before you use a tool, and failed calls are never charged.
2. Your account
- You need an account, signed in with an email code or with Google. Keep access to your email and your API keys secure; anything done with them counts as done by you.
- You can revoke API keys and disconnect AI clients at any time in the console.
- One trial per person and per card. Accounts created to get around limits or trials may be closed.
3. Credits and payment
- Tools are paid with prepaid credits, bought in the console through Stripe, as described in the Credits, Refunds & Right of Withdrawal policy, including your 14-day right to withdraw a purchase and get back the unused part.
- A card you save is charged only for top-ups or a monthly plan that you start yourself, at the price shown before you pay.
- You can set a monthly spend cap; calls are refused once it is reached.
- Prices do not include taxes that may apply in your country.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t use the service to break the law, to harm others, or to overload or attack it. In particular, don’t try to get around rate limits, spend caps, trials or payment, don’t share an API key publicly, and don’t resell access without our written agreement. We may apply rate limits to keep the service available for everyone.
5. Suspension and closing an account
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, puts the service at risk, or has a negative balance after a refund or chargeback; we will tell you why by email when we can. You can close your account at any time by emailing yinpj001@gmail.com. Unused credits are handled as described in the refund policy.
6. Availability
We run the service with care but can’t promise it is always available or error-free. We may change or stop it; if we stop a paid part of it, we will refund unused credits bought for it.
7. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. For significant changes we email account holders before they take effect; continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of Wyoming, USA, except where the law of your country of residence gives you rights that can’t be waived.
