Automation Design Check

Check a warehouse automation proposal before you sign: what it cannot yet claim, and what to ask the supplier.

Credits per call after the beta. Free now: up to 50 calls a day.

Check the arithmetic 3 credits Recompute the calculations a proposal writes out with a result, and compare one measure stated in several places (per day, per shift, per hour, takt time) after converting each to per hour. Returns miscalculations and internal contradictions, what the proposal cannot yet claim, and what to ask the supplier.
Check throughput claims 3 credits Check how a proposal states throughput and whether its capacity figures cover a requirement: peak vs average, time window, units, and targets worded as achieved. Returns findings, what the proposal cannot yet claim, and what to ask the supplier. No score, no probabilities.
Check redundancy 5 credits Check resource pools (stacker cranes, shuttles, AGVs, stations…) for single points of failure, N-1 coverage at peak, units that cannot cover for each other, and small or highly utilized pools that need queueing evidence. Returns findings and questions for the supplier.
ABC-XYZ classification 2 credits Classify SKUs by share of annual value (ABC, Pareto) and by demand variability (XYZ, coefficient of variation). Give per-SKU unit cost and per-period demand.
Capacity check 2 credits Project storage utilization year by year from compound growth and report the first year it passes the target utilization.
Economic order quantity 1 credit Economic order quantity (Wilson): order size that minimises ordering plus holding cost, with orders per year, cycle length and annual costs.
Equipment ROI 3 credits Payback, NPV and IRR of a warehouse automation investment (AGV, AS/RS, conveyor) over its life, including residual value.
Pick path 3 credits Short pick sequence for one order or batch from a depot and back (nearest neighbour + 2-opt, Manhattan distance on an open floor; aisles are not modelled). Up to 200 picks.
Safety stock & reorder point 1 credit Safety stock and reorder point for a target cycle service level, from demand and lead-time variability (normal demand assumed). Demand and lead time must use the same time unit.
Slotting plan 3 credits Assign SKUs to pick zones by pick frequency so fast movers sit closest to dispatch, with the travel saving against a random placement.

How it works

The same three steps for every product; only the URL changes.

01 Add the URL to your client For example in Claude Code:
claude mcp add --transport http \
  logistics \
  https://mcp.pascalyin.com/logistics/mcp
Guides for Claude.ai, ChatGPT, Cursor and VS Code are in your console.
02 Approve once Your client opens our sign-in; approve the connection. No keys to copy.
03 Ask Ask in plain words. Your assistant picks the tool; every call and its cost shows in your console.

Pricing
